Right now. Your evening is their morning, which is why this work happens after your day job ends.

Your evening. Their morning.
Manila is 12 hours ahead of Eastern Canada in summer and 13 in winter. That's why this work happens in your evening: 8 PM in Manila is 8 AM Eastern Time from March to November, and 9 PM from November to March. Part-time to start, in the evening window, with heavier weeks around pay runs announced in advance.
Highlighted: the evening window, 8 PM to midnight Manila, shown against Eastern Daylight Time. In winter the Canadian row shifts one hour later.
Paid properly.
In foreign currency, agreed in writing before you start. We tell you the rate before your interview, not after.
Paid on the same dates every month, to your Philippine bank account or a service like Wise or Payoneer.
No placement fees, no training fees, no deductions we haven't explained in writing. You keep what you earn.
Not a job board. A team you can verify.
