Verify it's us
How to know it's really us.
Home-based job offers are where scams live. This page exists so you never have to guess.
Our official channels
- Website: homebasedjobs.com.ph. The only place to register is the form on that site.
- Email: only from addresses ending in @homebasedjobs.com.ph. Never Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, or any other free address.
- Facebook page: our official page will be listed here before our first team starts. Until it is, treat any page claiming to be us as unverified.
Six things we will never do
- Charge a fee of any kind: not to apply, not to train, not to "process" anything.
- Ask for money, load, gift cards, or cryptocurrency.
- Ask for your bank login, card number, or a one-time password.
- Ask for your passport, government ID, TIN, or SSS number before you have a written offer from us.
- Move the conversation to Telegram, WhatsApp, or a personal account.
- Promise "guaranteed" or "unlimited" income. The rate is fixed, agreed in writing, and told to you before your interview.
If someone claims to be us
- Stop the conversation. Don't send money, documents, or codes.
- Check the sender: is the email from @homebasedjobs.com.ph? Is the link on homebasedjobs.com.ph?
- Report it to us by replying to any genuine message you have received from us, and we will confirm what is real. You can also report scams to the National Privacy Commission or the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group.
We are a Canadian company building one home-based payroll team. We are not an agency and we do not sell or pass on your details. Read the Privacy Notice →
